The Project Management Foundation course provides an introduction to key project management frameworks, tools  and skills required to manage a project. Frameworks covered include Waterfall, Agile, SAFe etc. It will also provide a high level of understanding of the tools you require to deliver a project. You will learn key skills like: project planning, Stakeholder management, communication etc. 

The Agile PM Foundation course provides an understanding of principles and techniques used in the DSDM Agile project Management Framework.

• MoSCoW prioritisation, iterative Development and Modelling

This course provides you with resources and tools required to properly use Scrum and increase the likelihood of success delivering a project. CSMs understand Scrum values, practices, and applications and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. CSMs act as “servant leaders”, helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework. 

This course provides an in-depth knowledge of the  principles and skills for working in an agile focused environment.  It utilises a more practical approach to Agile project management.

The skills of Product Owners are in-demand. The Business Analysis course  provides the basic indispensable skills and framework required by an effective BA to ask good questions, run working meetings and derive actionable insights from the answers.
